1.     Services

The scope, themes, forms and intentions of PLDS (PTY) LTD and its services are visible in the brochures and on its web site, www.plds.org.za, and are known to the client.

By purchasing any of these on-line courses or participating in any of the live events or online classes, you understand that you are 100% responsible for the outcomes you gain or don’t gain from our products. Our products are designed:

• to share information, perspectives, and personal philosophy.
• to inspire new ways of seeing.
• to open up the possibility for peace, joy happiness and success.

 

2.     Copyright

The client acknowledges the copywrite of the information shared with you through any medium whether on the website, www.plds.org.za or through email or any correspondence you may receive.

Reproductions in any form must have written permission from PLDS (PTY) LTD

 

3.     Quality Guarantee
The satisfaction of its clients is the highest priority for PLDS. Quality of outcome is directly proportional to the efforts, application and responsibility taken by the client. Therefore,

PLDS cannot guarantee the outcome or results the client may or may not get. However, we strive to make ourselves and our products aligned with the most current best practices.

 

 

4.     Responsibility
As a client, you understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being and that any of our programs are NOT a substitution for therapy, medical advice, or counselling.

 

5.     Use of our products

1. You understand that our services do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the National Psychiatric Association. You understand that our products are not a substitute for

counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment and you will not use our products as a way or form of diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

1. You understand that our courses are not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other qualified professionals.

You will seek independent professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other matters.

1. You understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively yours and you acknowledge that your decisions and your actions regarding them are your sole responsibility.

 

5.     Therapy
You testify that if you are currently in therapy or otherwise under the care of a mental health professional, that you have consulted with the mental health care provider regarding the advisability of working

with a coach and their programs and that this person is aware of you decision to proceed with a coaching relationship, or self-help principles

 

6.     Confidentiality

1. You understand that your information will always be held as confidential, unless you state otherwise, in writing, or as required by law.
2. PLDS (PTY) LTD will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any information for their own benefit, or disclosure, or communicate this information to a third party.
3. You understand that certain topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training or consultation purposes.

 

6.     Ethics
PLDS (PTY) LTD , its directors and all service providers acknowledge and commits to the Code of Ethics as outlined by the International Coach Federation. PLDS (PTY) LTD does not represent any one religious’ ideology,

or are members of any sect, cult or dogmatic organization, nor do we have any political agenda. Members of the organization have personal beliefs, the main been Christian. We do reference certain ideologies

but solely for comparison value.

 

7.     Liability
You understand that our courses may include comprehensive process that may involve all areas of your life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, mental and recreation. You acknowledge that

deciding how to handle issues that may come up, as you incorporate change and transformation into those areas, and implement you new decisions are exclusively your responsibility.

You understand that you are fully responsible for yourself and your actions within and outside of the relationship with PLDS (PTY) LTD and you release PLDS (PTY) LTD from any liability or claims,

except if these are based on intentional harmful behaviour of the organization or its products.

 

8.       Billing
The billing of products and services will be executed through a 3rd party organisation, called PayFast. PLDS (PTY) LTD do not have access to your confidential financial information, which is held securely by PayFast.

 

9.       Additional costs

Additional costs are required  for one-on-one coaching,  live events, and training programs, should you choose to engage with these additional products.

 

10.   Session Cancellations

PLDS (PTY) LTD offer a 12-month payment plan subscription for its online courses. We do not charge interest and because the programs are educational in nature, and are dependant on the responsibility of the student, we cannot offer any cancelation policy or refund options.

 

11.   Salvadorian clause
In the case that one or more of these terms become disempowered, the other terms shall not be impacted by that. PLDS (PTY) LTD and the client shall agree upon a substitute term, which comes closest to the discontinued term.

 

12.   Court of jurisdiction
Doesn't apply. PLDS (PTY) LTD will not employ juristic steps to carry through their rights. This matches the holistic philosophy lived by PLDS (PTY) LTD.
